Commonwealth Integrity Pain Center PLLC is a family-owned practice located in Lexington, KY. Our office was established in 2017 to provide quality care to patients living with and suffering from pain. We are owned and operated by Dr. Joseph W. Smith, who received his training at an ACGME-accredited institution. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Anesthesia-based Interventional Pain Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
At Commonwealth Integrity Pain Center PLLC, we truly understand how difficult it can be for patients to schedule appointments. Our goal is to help fill the void of available pain treatment centers while providing the highest quality care possible with the utmost integrity. You can always count on us for the timely appointments you need. When a referral is faxed to us or called in, we contact you with appointment information and fax the referring provider with all relevant appointment details. We eliminate the hassle of making appointments through a referring provider.
At our clinic, you'll be able to receive both medical management intervention services, including DME such as back braces, knee braces, and wrist splints. We accept all major insurances, Medicare, and workers' compensation plans. We do not currently accept Medicaid. Get in touch with us

While opioids may be needed for some patients, we strive to maximize the effectiveness of non-opioid therapy or adjuvant therapy as part of your customized treatment plan.
Opioid options are prescribed with caution and only if needed while making intervention a part of your treatment plan.
